It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Paire.  If you wish to return a product purchased online, it can be returned for an exchange, a refund or credit.

When returning an item, please ensure: 

- You include your receipt/order number as proof of purchase

- The item has not been been worn and the packaging is in perfect condition.

Please contact us at shoes@paire.co.nz to advise that you wish to return or exchange goods so we can provide the best solution. Goods must be returned within 48 hours of you receiving delivery.

Shipping costs back to Paire are the responsibility of the customer unless returning faulty goods. We recommend using a courier service with a Track and Trace facility as the goods are the responsibility of the purchaser until received back to Paire.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale goods, so please choose carefully. If you need any fit or style advice, do not hesitate to get in touch!

Faulty Items

Paire will always meet its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If goods are faulty, we will repair or replace the product where possible. If the product does not meet this criteria we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us shoes@paire.co.nz to organise the return/exchange of a faulty item.
